How often do you check emails?

We answer emails, and texts, seven days a week.

What is your average lead time?

Lead time, from order received to shipment sent, is listed on our front page.

How can I purchase additional baskets?

We do not sell baskets to customers who do not already own a rack. Existing Rack owners can purchase baskets by contacting us directly

Do you have an ambassador program?

Alta Racks does not have an ambassador program.

Will your racks fit on my vehicle?

Yes, the rack will allow access to mini van back doors and SUV flip up doors.

Do you offer shipping to Canada?

We do ship to Canada. You can use this website to estimate the Canadian duty and taxes.

What shipping carriers do you use for Canadian shipping, and does it cost more to ship a rack to Canada?

We ship our racks via FEDEX or UPS ground to Canada. The customer will be responsible for paying GST, and HST to clear customs.

What can I do if my order arrives with parts missing?

Please respond to your sales receipt with any missing items. In most cases, missing items are due to damage during shipping. If your boxes have been damaged, re-taped, or appear beat up, please save them and take pictures to send to us at

How can I track my order after it has shipped?


An email will be sent out at the end of each business day. If your rack has been shipped that day, you will receive an email containing a UPS tracking number. You can use this master tracking number and the UPS website to view shipment updates on all boxes in your shipment.
