Upload a picture showing the damaged merchandise inside the box, with all the original cushioning (Shows the placement of the merchandise inside the box)

Upload a close up picture of the shipping label with the tracking number (Please ensure the tracking number is clear and legible)

For the next two pictures, you will upload two pictures that, combined, will show all six sides of the packaging

Upload the first picture of three sides of the packaging (includes the top of the packaging and two sides)

Upload the second picture of three sides of the packaging (includes the bottom of the packaging and two other opposite sides)
