At ALTA versatility is a corner stone of our product development. The entire concept of the ALTA racks bike racks designed around a General Purpose Rack (GPR). The concept of the rack is one rack to rule them all, what does that mean?
- Ability to service the user above and beyond a simple bike rack
- Ability to support other activities that are independent of cycling
- Ability to support activities of people in cycling with additional features and value propositions
- Ability to use the rack as a storage for the bikes if no other functionality is required
This is the way we look at products, can they do more than just the initial feature. Will they bring more value to the customer in long term usage.
